Benefits

 

  • For all employers - Patients will miss less work, be less frustrated with their current care and have a prevention care roadmap.  
  • For employers who do not offer a benefit program, YDP is an alternative to the high cost of insurance.
  • For employers who do provide benefits, the program will save money through prevention of chronic disease problems, reduction of emergency room visits, and decrease in duplication of services.   It is great for employees who travel.   

Three Step Process

 

Step One:

We conduct an initial screening to determine care levels for employees.


Step Two:

We set up the on-line payment process.


Step Three:

Patients are given initial materials on-line including an overview of how to manage their care.   They then make their first appointment with a YDP certified primary care clinic for an Executive Physical Examination.  Patients who already have a primary care physician can keep that physician after program initiation.  If they do not have a regular primary care physician, the patient can use their YDP certified primary care physician.
